  9. Am experiencing bad services from ur Org.which I complained many times but to no avail. 1. I dont receive buk sms messages with my two lines-08067847178 & 08085258568 again!!! 2. I sent bulk sms messages in Sept.2017 (more than 500 units) many times but not delivered neither were my units restored hitherto but I was charged. Despite the high cost of d units. Expecting to receive d revert n ur response asap. Tks.

    The numbers are on DND that is why they did not receive the message. We now have a portal that allows you to reach the DND numbers although with a default senderID.

    Click on Compose sms / Compose bulk sms, input your message and check-in the box "Send to DND numbers (2 Credits)" your message will deliver to the DND numbers conveniently.

    Please give us your email address so we can refund your account for the units charged earlier.

  12. There's something I don't understand here, is it that numbers thicker as DND are being charged @ unit, even if the pages half? Admin please a clear explanation will help.
    I've been with smslive over 7years Now but I don't seem to understand this part of it.

      You will be charged 2 units per page of sms on the BYPASS. Even if you have just a letter on the page.

  14. Please i want to get this straight..does that mean that when u send an sms to a number list..those who didnt get the text activated DND on their network or what?? am not getting this DND thing..I thought it DND for for service provider numbers

  16. Urgent message to the admin. On your payment options you strongly recommend the use of credit/debit cards as this bring about instant crediting of the account. I paid for 10000 units and was debited without being credited. What's the issue?

  17. Sometimes I sent messages close to 300 units, 40 -50% of the messages will not deliver and the unit will be charged just like this morning and the units will not be refunded for the message not delivered. Please see to this.

    Also the price is still on the high side. if you can reduce it to the barest minimum for the sake of our customers, please do. God bless smslive247

    Consequently, smslive247 as not been given promo to customers since 2011 have been on this site. No appraisal, no awards just to appreciate customers, I guess it shouldn't be going like this despite the high charges on your price list which I pray you will review soon.

      The information on this blog post you commented on is about a 10kobo discount offered to our customers through out december, our little way of appreciating your being with us. The price will go back to normal as soon as the current stock is exhausted.

  19. I paid for 500 units and my bank account was debited immediately. I am yet to receive the SMS units in my account. This is exactly what I suffered in August 2017. No units, no refund. Is Idev works now a scam? This SMS was meant to send Xmas greetings to family and friends. Please do something fast. I need my units or you make a refund.

Thanks for the constant improvement over the years but why was the "Send to DND number" not included in the Reseller platform, because we are still experiencing same issue and our own customer are complaining too; please as we enter the new year it should be included to our platform to enable us work/served our customer better.

      Inform your customers to use just use DND_BYPASS as SenderID, the message will deliver to the DND numbers and they will be charged 2 units.

  26. When will U credit me for my 500 SMS units. I paid since Dec 25 till date, no refund, no units, u are not picking up calls and not responding to mails. Do IDev works thinks I cannot do anything? I lost my money dis same way in August 2017 wit no refund, no explanation of any sort. What an arrogance!!! I want to keep all my facts and records bcoz when the campaign starts, no one will call it blackmail. I know d necessary agency to air my grievances. But before that, I will exhaust my reservoir of patience. Dis is fraud and scam. Pls do something fast. At least, respond to calls and mails. Dis is d last time I will request for my units. Just be prepared for d consequences and I bet u, it will not be pleasant at all. Pls, do d needful.
