Pick up a deposit slip at the bank, write IDEVWORKS PAYDIRECT in the space provided for Account name, state your email address on our platform in the space provided for depositor's name, skip the Account number part, indicate the amount both in words and figures and then you tender it to the teller officer at the bank who in turn will request for the purpose of the payment (e.g. Bulk SMS, Reseller store setup).

No customized teller, just inform the cashier you want to pay into iDevworks PayDirect, state the purpose and your email address in the deposit slip at the bank, your transaction will be processed and an e-receipt will be printed out and given to you upon completion of the transaction.

      You can still make use of the old option, we only did not recommend it because of some hassles surrounding it, but if you make payment via this method, your account will still be credited.

  7. I just tried using the Debit/Credit Card Payment and Quickteller Website/Mobile App payment methods and it return with an Error message for both payment methods. I further proceeded to use the PayDirect Bank Branch method of payment and the Cashier at UBA told me that I needed an account number for that payment method contrary to what was directed on ur website. Pls if you are having problems initializing ur new payment methods give us the option to use ur the older method which was obviously more efficient than these new methods.

When i try to pay with my atm card, it requests for otp which i don't have patience for. As it is, I am looking for another bulk SMS payment platform.       The senderID can not be increased, it is a limitation on technology, numeric senderid takes 14 digits while alphabetic senderid takes 11 characters, this is not a setting made by Smslive247.

    I tried to pay at FCMB off Marina Lagos this morning.
    First they couldn't find SMSlive 24/7 Paydirect on the paydirect platform
    eventually they located IDEVworks instead
    Just when i was bout completing the transaction they said the integration was not complete and they cant accept my payment

    Can you kindly list banks that your currently receive payment from so i don't move from bank to bank searching......

  39. previously when i pay online d system deducts certain unit and thus crediting less. eg when i key in 5000 units at 1.85k, d no of units credited drop to less than 5000 and i am billed at the price for those paying less than 5000.

Please I think you need to, as a matter of urgency, update your website and write out the ACCOUNT NUMBERS of the old banks you used to use: Zenith, GTB, etc. As I write this, I have just left Zenith Bank and I was told PayDirect is not working for now.       Some MTN numbers are on MTN NG DND (DO-NOT-DISTURB) list.

      Numbers on DND can only receive bank alert and phone to phone SMS.

      The owners of such numbers are advised to contact MTN if they want their number to be removed from the DND list in order to be able to receive bulk SMS.

      To confirm if an MTN number is on DND, send STATUS to 2442.
