Pick up a deposit slip at the bank, write IDEVWORKS PAYDIRECT in the space provided for Account name, state your email address on our platform in the space provided for depositor's name, skip the Account number part, indicate the amount both in words and figures and then you tender it to the teller officer at the bank who in turn will request for the purpose of the payment (e.g. Bulk SMS, Reseller store setup).

No customized teller, just inform the cashier you want to pay into iDevworks PayDirect, state the purpose and your email address in the deposit slip at the bank, your transaction will be processed and an e-receipt will be printed out and given to you upon completion of the transaction.

How to save your contacts

1. To add contacts on your phone book, click on the "Compose SMS'' link.
Once the "Send SMS'' page loads, click on the "Add New" link on the right hand-side of the page. 

A box pops up, enter the phone number and name in the text box provided.

Then click on the "Save" button to save the numbers. 

2. With the aid of a notepad you can upload your Bulk numbers on to your Bulk SMS account.

To upload/create a bulk file of numbers, login to your account on

Click on "Compose Bulk SMS".

When the page loads, click on the "Upload New Bulk File..." link below the second text box.

A box pops up, click on "Select File" to choose.

When the bulk file of numbers has been selected, save as new or merge into existing group if you have any.

Click on the "Upload" tab to upload the selected bulk file.

Note: Save your contact numbers in NOTEPAD on your computer.

Letter of intent for election messages

The year 2015 is around the corner and elections will soon be held.  Some network operators do not allow political messages containing text that attack other political parties as this practice is considered SPAM. As a result, we implore you to be fair and reasonable in your choice of words in political messages pertaining to the forth coming elections.

Also, note that any person(s) wishing to send political messages on behalf of his/her political party is required to first forward to us a “Letter of Intent”.  

This is a requirement by some Network Operators here in Nigeria.  Political messages without a Letter of Intent received by the Operators may not be delivered.

How to schedule a message

It has long been requested, and we've been working hard to make sure it runs perfectly; scheduling text messages to send at a later time is now working smoothly. This gives you the opportunity to send a message even when you are not online.

To do this, you will have to login to your smslive247 account, click on ”Compose SMS” or “Compose Bulk SMS” link on the left side of your screen, after inserting your contacts and message in the boxes provided for them, set your Sender ID, select the ‘Send Later At’ checkbox option.

There is an option of setting the time and date the message should be delivered, change your time zone to your local GMT setting (e.g GMT +1 for Nigeria) if it is not already set by default, then click on “Queue Message” the message will get delivered at the exact time you have specified.

You can monitor the progress of the message by clicking on “Currently Sending” link on the middle left side of your screen, you can view the list of messages you have queued and as well stop them from delivering by clicking on 'ABORT'.
