New Route for Corporate Organizations

With this new route, corporate organizations such as pension companies, airlines, hospitals, hotels, services companies, finance houses, hospitality etc. can use their organization’s name as Sender ID and within the bulk SMS that they send without it being rejected. This service is at a premium of N3.50k per SMS.

    2. Deborah, this platform has been frustrating.. we sent sms and will not be delivered and you wont sent delivery report even after debiting ones account. I have asked my group that I sent message to regularly to text ALLOW to 2442 yet some receive and some dont receive. cant you communicate your customers so that we stop buying credit until the issue with NCC is resolved

  12. now this change was done without prior info. all sms' i sent with my orgs name so did not reach the people they were intended for...that's not fair in anyway and almost resulted in shredding for me!!!!

  13. Over a month ago, I sent a message while trying to create a bulk sms account on your platform, to send me New User Account code but till today, you never responded to my mail. It's like you are now full and ignoring clients' requests. If this is so, let's know that you have arrived and let's look for alternative.   15. As others have complained, I have similar concerns. I cannot send sms to any line at all. My credit balance will reduce yet I will not get any delivered including my lines which are non MTN and all messages leave timely. If I have to start isolating all my database to accommodate your challenges I think that is a deviation from my purchase contract. If I cannot utilize the credits bought, then refund should be appropriate

  16. please i do not know why your system keeps asking me to verify my number when i have done that twice. Now I do not have the number i used to register. I have tfied to change my account details but I cannot be able to change my number or email. The only thing that can be changed on your platform is username. I want to change my number and email. I opened this account about 6-7 years ago and the email I used to open it does not work again. Now I do not use the phone number as it was blocked by etisalat due to the fact that i was not using it regularly. please help em resolve this issue. I am tired of asking for this. If you people cannot help me then i have to look for another alternative

      Hence, your messages were delivered the next morning only a few numbers on Do Not Disturb did not receive it. Please check your delivery report to confirm this.

      The numbers which returned as undelivered are numbers placed on Do-Not-Disturb. Those numbers can not receive text messages as they have been blocked from receiving unsolicited messages.

    I am so upset about your services to say the least.

    This is about my third message. I would pay and you guys won't credit account immediately despite the email contact being use for payment that is meant to facilitate immediately crediting of the account

    All my client my boss inclusive is not getting any messages because they use MTN.
    The worst is that you guys but numbers as customer service numbers can u kindly remove them as they are everly switched off.

      A review of your account shows that your messages were delivered to the active numbers, except a few numbers that are on Do not Disturb that did not receive it.

      You can always confirm the delivery of your messages on your account, click on ''Sent Messages'' which is on the left hand side of your account. Once the page opens, select the PERIOD and click on the SEARCH button.
      When the page opens, click on the ''Batch Number'' of the message to view the Delivery report of the message.

      We would need you to provide the number that has not been receiving the message for investigation.

    I sent a massage on the 7th Dec. 2016 about 1:40pm to 611 phone numbers concerning our Church Thanksgiving of the year but only 288 massages delivered even my own number 07038727040 is not even delivered too. star4real11@gmail.com is my Email, what could be the possible reason.       Your message delivered to 288 numbers, the rest of the people did not receive it because the numbers are on Do not Disturb, they have been blocked by the network provider from receiving messages, including your number. Send STATUS to 2442 on your phone to confirm this.

    I always enjoy your service. But, I discovered that other Services (Such as Smart SMS, and Co.). They do refund the DND numbers. They also have the option of selecting either to remove DND numbers and to refund DND number.
