New Price Changes on MTN Nigeria

Dear Customers,

We are contacting you to inform you that MTN Nigeria has recently increased the messaging prices for the bulk messaging service by 40 Kobo. This price increase affects the whole Nigerian market. While we are still studying the situation and trying to negotiate a better deal for our customers, we will immediately need to review our prices according to the new MTN pricing.

This change will be commencing on the 23rd of March, 2016 and our price list will be adjusted accordingly as shown below:

100 - 4,999               ₦ 2.25
5,000 - 9,999 ₦ 2.15
10,000 - 49,999 ₦ 2.05
50,000 - 99,999 ₦ 1.95
100,000 - 499,999 ₦ 1.85
500,000 - 999,999 ₦ 1.75
1,000,000 +                ₦ 1.65

We assure you that this new pricing will not in any way affect the quality of our services. Our business will continue to provide the same high level of quality products and services on which we have built our reputation, and this change will not affect our company policy or manner of conducting business.

IMPORTANT!!! SMSLive247 User Regulation (Update)

The following list gives examples of illegal, abusive, interfering or otherwise unacceptable or inappropriate use of our services. It has been observed that some customers are recently defaulting in this regard and we have deemed it fit to bring it to your notice by way of reminder. This list is provided by way of example and shall not be considered exhaustive.

  1. Adversely impacting the availability, reliability, or stability of SMSLive247’s services.
  2. Launching or facilitating, whether intentionally or unintentionally, a denial of service attack on any of SMSLive247’s services.
  3. Testing or reverse-engineering the services in order to find limitations, vulnerabilities, or evade filtering capabilities.
  4. Using the services in any manner that violates the Nigerian Communications Commissions guidelines and/or best practices, carrier guidelines, or any other industry standards.
  5. Using your account to engage in fraudulent activity with respect to third parties or otherwise using your account to bypass phone identification systems such as those by classified advertising websites.
  6. Using any of the SMSLive247 property or SMSLive247’s trademark or copyright other than as expressly permitted.
  7. Transmitting any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including but not limited to trademark, copyright or rights of publicity or otherwise violating, infringing, or misappropriating the rights of any third party.
  8. Engaging in spamming or other unsolicited marketing or other activities that violate anti-spamming laws and regulations.
  9. Using the services in connection with any unsolicited or harassing messages (commercial or otherwise) including, but not limited to, unsolicited or unwanted SMS or text messages.
  10. Engaging in activities or transmitting through the services any information that may be defamatory or otherwise malicious or harmful to any person or entity, or discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  11. Creating a false identity, impersonation or a forged phone number, or otherwise attempting to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message using your account.
  12. Using numeric sender Ids such as phone numbers or other numeric combinations.
  13. Using the services, or a component of the services, in a manner not authorized by SMSLive247.
