Phone Number Verification Alert

Dear customers,

You may have been prompted to verify your phone numbers before logging into your portal on the SMSlive247 website recently. This is because we are planning on upgrading our systems very soon and as such, we need to identify every subscriber that is registered on our network for security purposes.

Therefore, when you come across the message telling you that your phone number has not been verified, simply confirm that the phone number displayed is correct.

Then click on the “Verify” button on the right hand side of your phone number.

A six-digit code will be sent immediately to the phone number you used to register on our platform. Please enter this code immediately after receiving it on your phone into the box provided and click on “Submit”.

You will receive a message on your computer screen saying, “Your phone number has been verified, you have been granted full access to the portal”. Finally, click “Okay” to continue to your portal.

You should also receive a confirmation message about the phone number verification in the email address you registered with on our platform to fully complete the process.

    There is a curfew as displayed at the top of our website with regards to messages sent to MTN.
    That is why you did not receive the code as at the time you clicked on the verify button.

    It is quite appalling and embarrassing to say the least that some numbers don't get sms sent. I have a client that asked me to send sms on his behalf only for his own number not to receive the sms. Right now he believes I'm duping him (His number is an Etisalat line, any problem with that?). It's really bad. Also I will like to change my account mobile number asap. Why is Glo numbers difficult to devliver?

  17. I changed the verifying no to Etisalat and got the code delivered immediately when I could not get the code on the MTN I used to sign up.

      A summary of your account information is displayed.

      The Text-box containing the mobile number is editable.

      Erase the number in the text-box and type in the new mobile number in the text-box provided.

      Click on the VERIFY button in order to receive the code.

    Secondly, i have been trying to verify my number for weeks now, no code has been sent to my phone. Been using your platform since 2010.
