- Engaging in spamming or other unsolicited marketing or other activities that violate anti-spamming laws and regulations.
- Using the services in connection with any unsolicited or harassing messages (commercial or otherwise) including, but not limited to, unsolicited or unwanted SMS or text messages.
- Engaging in activities or transmitting through the services any information that may be defamatory or otherwise malicious or harmful to any person or entity, or discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
- Creating a false identity, impersonation or a forged phone number, or otherwise attempting to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of a message using your account.
- Using numeric sender Ids such as phone numbers or other numeric combinations.
- Using the services, or a component of the services, in a manner not authorized by SMSLive247.

DeleteNetwork providers stopped accepting messages with phone numbers as the senderID, as many users were using it as a means of impersonation this makes it a violation of our terms and agreement. we published this in our newsletter overtime to customers and now it has been blacklisted for usage.

Thanks, I guess that's the con of any system, some people some where would misuse it and it would be easier/cheaper to disable the feature across than monitor the guilty parties.

I can't compose a message or do anything on my account. My account page is showing this message "Please take a moment to verify your phone number. Some SMS don't get delivered coz there are some words which you have banned. Kindly post a list of your banned words so that your customers will avoid using them.

I write to request for the refund of credit units that was deducted from our credit unit balance last term.
ReplyDeleteSome of the bulk sms we sent last term were never delivered. Even some of the bulk sms that we sent with DND_PASS which attract double charges, were never delivered too.
These sms was sent on 25/1/2018, 2/2/2018, 27/2/2018, 28/2/2018, 1/3/2018, 16/3/2018 and 23/3/2018. Some of the queued bulk sms were charge on Accepted, Expired, Undelivered and Rejected and non was refunded up till now.
I just made a new payment today and when I login to check my new balance, I noticed that those Accepted, Expired, Undelivered and Rejected messages have not been refunded.
Please do refund our credit units that was deducted on those messages.
